Terms of Service

Metricora (“we”, “us”) is a personal life-metrics app for web and Android. By accessing or using Metricora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated by reference.

The service

Metricora provides tools to log personal metrics, view dashboards and goals, use optional AI features (such as Ask), and manage reminders. Features may change; we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to use Metricora.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, if offered, are billed through the store or payment provider shown at checkout (for example Google Play, Apple App Store, or web billing via RevenueCat / Stripe). Prices, billing intervals, and entitlements are shown before you purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel according to the platform's instructions (for example Google Play subscriptions, App Store settings, or the customer portal linked from Settings).
• Refunds are handled under the applicable store or payment provider's policies.
• AI usage budgets and other plan limits apply as described on the pricing page and in the app; unused allowance does not roll over unless we say otherwise.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in entries and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate Metricora for you (including AI parsing and Ask when you use those features). Your journal content is private to your account except where you explicitly share it (for example a shareable report link).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Metricora for unlawful purposes or to store content you are not allowed to process.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, or access another user's data.
• Abuse AI or other metered features in a way that impairs the service for others (including automated scraping or abuse of rate limits).
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting support.

AI features

Optional AI features may generate summaries, extractions, or answers that can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on Metricora AI output as medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use those outputs.

Termination

You may stop using Metricora and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Account deletion removes associated Metricora data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Metricora is a personal logging tool, not a substitute for professional advice.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
